About Helen
Blue Dog Culture was inspired by Harvey, an Australian Stumpy Tail Blue Heeler who shared countless adventures across the Pilbara, the South West, and Perth. Camping under the stars and exploring rugged landscapes, Harvey embodied qualities that now define our work: a good listener, courageous, and always willing to push boundaries.
These traits—agility, tenacity, energy, and resilience—are at the heart of Blue Dog Culture. They guide everything we do, from leadership development and talent management to shaping emotional culture and building organisational capability. Our approach is playful yet purpose-driven, always focused on helping organisations and their people thrive.
We are proud to honour Harvey’s legacy by giving back. A portion of our profits supports Australian Working Dog Rescue, helping save working dog breeds and placing them in loving homes.
